If you have an iPhone, make sure you load it with enough business apps. Your iPhone can be an invaluable asset to your business; don’t miss out on getting all the tools you need to make your phone work for you. Here are seven apps every business iPhone should have.

1. Evernote
Evernote is an invaluable application because it organizes all of your to-do lists, receipts and other information that you need for your business. You can make voice recordings to go with any of the notes you have put into this application; in addition you can email information to Evernote from your computer. Then, when you need to check on an appointment time or look up a website, you can do so from the same application. This makes organization much easier and puts vital information right at your fingertips.

2. CardMunch
As a busy business person, you probably collect cards all day from other business people who want a few minutes of your time. It can be overwhelming to deal with a lot of business cards, and it’s frustrating if you can’t find the card you need. That’s where CardMunch comes in. This handy application lets you upload business cards directly to your phone. Just take a picture of each card in your collection; CardMunch collects the contact information and stores it for you.

3. Dropbox
Dropbox is the easiest way to share files with business colleagues. You can use this application to sync your phone with a computer so that you can save files to the computer and pick them up on the phone. If you want to share files with your co-workers, just give everyone access to a shared computer and have them sync it with their Dropbox app on their iPhones.

4. Dragon Dictation
Dragon Dictation is a powerful speech-to-text application. This application allows you to dictate text, which it converts into written words on your iPhone screen. You can then email, tweet or post the information you dictated. You can also edit and correct it. This application is perfect for business owners who don’t have time to take notes or write emails.

5. Tungle Me
Tungle Me assists business owners in scheduling appointments. People who are extremely busy may have a hard time keeping track of their calendar so that they don’t double-book appointments. This application syncs all of your calendars and allows you to inform others of your availability without sharing your entire calendar. This application also checks your calendars for you so that you can’t enter two appointments for the same time. Finally, it adjusts for timezone if you are traveling out of state.

6. Tweetdeck
Any business that engages in social media marketing needs the Tweetdeck application. This application allows you to simultaneously post status updates to Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn–all from your iPhone. Simply type the update into the app and Tweetdeck takes care of posting it everywhere. You can set it to post to your Facebook business page as well as to your personal account if you wish.

7. Mailchimp
Mailchimp helps you design professional looking newsletters and while it was previously for computers only, it is now available as an iPhone app. With MailChimp, instead of relying on a basic template, you can create newsletters that look exactly how you want them to look. This application allows you to create both email and hard copy newsletters that include your company’s logo and any other information you want to include.
